Bicycle Delivery
We don't believe in being stuck in traffic. We don't believe in stuffing trucks with diesel. We don't believe in double-parking, and adding to the congestion of Manhattan.
What we do believe in is safe, human-powered transport. So we dispatch a fleet of safe, friendly, time-obsessed bicycle delivery people to bring you whatever you want. Obsessively fast.
UrbanFetch Reusable Bags
Another thing we'd like to reduce is that landfill contaminant: the disposable bag. Say the word, and we'll tote your order to you in a UrbanFetch Reusable Bag. Introduced in 2007, these hypoallergenic, machine-washable, non-toxic fabric bags have reduced our overall plastic usage dramatically. Just return your bag(s) with your next delivery and they can be re-used, cutting waste down to zero.
Plastic Bags
For disposable packaging, the plastic bags we use cause the least amount of greenhouse gases and take up the least amount of space in landfills compared to paper and cardboard packaging (this surprised us too!).
Recycling (of course!)
We are aggressive recyclers of all cardboard, paper, glass, and plastic products.
